Great interview. I wanted to get intouch with you guys for sending you something. I know a designer and marketer who can create designs that communication information visually. I would like to do it for a piece of content for you guys. Just let me know how to proceed (which content and how to send it to you)

  • Tim

Hi Guys, I just wanted to say thanks for your podcast. I listen most nights on headphones in bed and then get so many ideas that I can’t sleep! I’m going to use your great advice and make myself some money! Please keep up the good work, love the show 🙂

  • I especially liked the part “If you have to ask, don’t eat it.”

And, of course, Dean’s “3 launch stages”.

  • Dr. Vince

It seems like once in a blue moon, you hear someone speak and you get the feeling that this person is just…in kind of a different reality? Does that make sense? I mean, from frolicking in Greece to speaking Arabic, to swimming the Atlantic, to who knows what else. I mean, there’s got to be a movie in there somewhere right!?!

But he just has something that makes you feel like you should read everything this guy has, or buy everything he sells, or at the very least follow his every move to see what’s next.

For me, that’s kind of what it was like with Dan Kennedy, and the same with TF. He’s just on the bleeding edge of whatever the hell he does…so again, guys, thanks so much for providing such valuable content. And hope to see you in AZ!

    Dr. Vince

  • Hey Joe & Dean,
Thanks again for the great content.

I wanted to let you know what I have done with what I have learned with you. I am a network marketer who is using direct response marketing.

There are many network marketers who uses direct response on the internet but no one uses sales letters , prerecorded messages, and direct mail.

    Thanks again =)

  • Thanks for your comments everyone, we “love” it!

Mani, my address is at the bottom of http://www.joepolish.com, that’s the best place to send anything to. Please make to the attention of Eunice Miller and she’ll get it to me.

    Thank you!

  • Just discovered your website and LOVE it!!!! Awesome work, can’t wait for more 🙂

  • Omar

You guys do an awesome job.
Yours is the podcast I most look forward to every week.

I am learning something new every time.
    Thanks so much.

  • Darren Todd

You Guys have gone and done it again!

The prevoius interview I commented on the 50 min focus finder and that I was somewhat of a techno phobe.

I have just downloaded the Evernote product Tim Ferris ….talkabout.

    WOW !

I think with the help of all these interviews I have finally kicked that “info overload ” ass staight out of the ball park!

Awesome interview …Great job Joe and Dean anfd keep umm coming!

Not sure which podcast I downloaded but you guys talk about when you understand marketing and make monry from it you’ll love it?

I just made my affilate commision today!

Not much but it is a start and now I have all this inspiration and mommentum my dream job of working from home is getting every bit closer!

Thanks Again and I am allready looking forward to the next interview!

    Best wishes

  • Once again, the overriding strategy is have a viable vision… and pursue mercilessly. I could never interact as much as Gary Vee, probably not as much as Tim Ferris… but certainly more than Steve Jobs!

Lots of visions I have indeed. Now to find some viability.

Thanks for producing these. I’m getting a lot out the ones I’ve listened to so far.

  • Great interview guys! I really liked when Tim was speaking bout setting and guiding expectations up-front on a blog, for subscribers / customers. That is huge and I used to have so many problems because I was missing that point. Continued success 🙂

  • Darryl

Great podcast and great show! I don’t know what makes you do it, but I’m really glad you do. (Since you rightly don’t like the term “putting back” something you haven’t taken away, maybe you could use “passing it forward”?)

The interview with Tim was, in my opinion, the best of your interviews so far. The insight from Tim that most hit home for me was when he mentioned focussing on one social networking tool, the one you are most comfortable with/ best at, and then pivoting everything else around that.

I’m looking forward to many more episodes. All the best and thanks so much for what you do.

  • Tim is such a legend! Some great idea’s in there.

    Joe and Dean
This is a great program!!! Thanks!!! I am working very hard on getting my DR mareketing program lauched within the next 30 days.

One BIG Question Joe. In episode two you said a friend introduced you to Gary Halbert’s newsletter. What business was your friend in and did direct response marketing work for him?
Also you guys need to start a contest. Who used concepts learned in ILM and to what magnitude did it change their business….their life?
One other idea….perhaps 5 or 10 minutes in each episode you discuss a listener’s posted question and help solve a direct response marketing question or challenge????
    Look foward to every podcast.

  • Wow! This was such a helpful post! Thank you Dean and Joe!

-Big fan of the 4 Hour Work Week..

  • Great interview! I’m a long time fan of Tim’s and already using a lot of his methods to improve my life (including losing 30 lbs in 4 months on his diet).
One of my life goals is to get better at breaking through the barriers in life which are most times self imposed, so listening to this was really inspiring!
